Here you can explore all the user created templates and download them.
After downloading them put them in "appdata/.minecraft/advcreation_templates_zips/" and restart minecraft to load the templates into the mod.

You could also set your browser's download location to "appdata/.minecraft/advcreation_templates_zips/" so that the templates are downloaded straight to the right location.
Though don't forget to change the settings back before downloading any unrelated files.
