Advanced Creation is a Minecraft mod dedicated to making building easier, faster and more fun for both casual and hardcore minecraft players.

My Name is ChryonicWolf and I am the original creator of this mod, I am supported by Aoriseth. Together we decided to call ourselves Graphite Games.

I made Advanced Creation because I always wanted to build big and beautifull medieval cities and structures in minecraft but didn't have the time or patience to place each block seperately. Though there are many excellent mods out there that have attempted to solve this problem, I always found them to be unappealing. I've put some thought in the reasons and I've come up with the following problems that I often encounter in these mods and software that I want to address with the Advanced Creation mod:

• Lack of integration with minecraft
• Lack of visualisation of the effect of tools
• Lack of ingame instructions and explanations
• Hidden features that are difficult to find
• Features and tools that are not well suited to building in minecraft
• Limitations of the maneuverability in first-person perspective

To that end I have implemented the following features:

• Isometric perspective
• Free mouse
• Interactive ingame HUD
• Expansive block placement tools
• Paint and PaintBucket tools
• Move and Copy tools
• Undo and Redo buttons
• Ingame help
• Cutt-through of landscape to look inside buildings and underground structures.
• Ability to save and place existing structures

I am very passionate about this mod and I'm committed to continually improve it's build tools, user-interface, functionality, optimisation and other aspects based on user feedback from you! I have many future plans for this mod, these will be revealed as I develop it.

Development

Up until now i haven't given much information about the development but I've taken the decision to keep people who are interested more in the loop. Starting with a little timeline on what I'm going to work on from now on. A little disclaimer though, this is a rough idea of what I'm planning on doing right now. I might change the timeline at anytime and I cannot promise I will do things exactly as I've described here. You know, life always finds a way to mess with even the best plans!
